Security

Security is a major concern for SGBC, to be compliant with international standards; we’ve adopted a 2 layer of security system. Our purpose is to define security procedures and processes that will be enforced on our premises.

The relevance to have such a system in place to be able to have the comfort factor of a safe working and comfortable environment. and to meet the company’s minimum standards for the country of residence/operation (Saudi Arabia).

Each tenant will be provided a security guidebook with detailed procedures and processes. The following is some of the security hardware components:

Main Building Security Reception Desk

·         1st Monitor signing in register

·         2nd Monitor Checking Car Park

·         3rd Monitor Checking every floor passage and stairwells

Floor security surveillance camera

·         Camera in passage with 90deg lens to observe elevators and passage

Security Doors at office entrance

·         Main entrance electronic key pad

·         7” TV monitor with secretary at reception in office

·         Door bell with build in Camera and Intercom which is viewed by the Secretary for conformation prior to opening the door

·         Electronic swipe key with each issued with the ID card - one unit out side and one unit inside the office –swipe in and swipe out / In case of loss of electricity the door automatically reverts back to a normal door
